Staff friendliness, our own pool and steam room, the daily cleaning and top ups, food Warry in the small shop went above and beyond to help us. An asset to the hotel.

Room superb. In the room pool was exceptional, order a set of tides in pool and the service was marvellous. Besides, the staff are very helpful and they assisted us well. check in process was easy and all done just within minutes and we were allowed to early check and late checkout.

Probably the only place we stayed at in Malaysia that felt like a real hotel. The staff had immaculate manners and even prepared our early breakfast to take away at 5:30am due to our early flight. I didn't try their restaurants but I strongly recommend taking a little walk outside (if you can brave the traffic whizzing by you on narrow roads) and trying the local cuisine there. It was probably the best food we had on our trip to Malaysia! There is also an excellent Chinese place behind the restaurant - try the crab or the shrimp there and you'll be blown away.

The concept of each suite having pools is brilliant. The airy corridors leading to the rooms add to the feel. Staff at the reception, in the restaurants and for housekeeping are extremely well-trained and nice. The rooms are clean, well-equipped and well-designed. The view from the windows is beautiful, and the rooms (“suites”) are well equipped. The breakfast was very good, even though it was quite busy. The bathroom is amazing, including the tub! The steam room is good too. The parking is free and is very good.

The private pool just steps from my room allowed me to enjoy a refreshing swim any time of day, all while taking in the gorgeous views of the surrounding tropical landscape. What truly made my experience memorable, however, was the staff at Lexis Suites. Each member of the team I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warm hospitality, genuine care for guests, and commitment to anticipating my needs at every turn was unparalleled. The level of cleanliness throughout the property was also exemplary. My suite was immaculate, and the common areas were pristine. It was clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for their guests. In short, my stay at Lexis Suites Penang was an absolute delight from start to finish. The luxurious accommodations, stunning natural setting, and world-class service combine to create a truly memorable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an oasis of tranquility and opulence in Penang.
